My father placed an order on Shopsy from this phone on 09th January 2026 for two shirts under Order ID OD436439842350339400 (product name: Auzaai Collection Men Printed Casual Multicolor Shirt) for a total amount of ₹360. Both shirts were delivered together in a single poly bag. Due to size and fitting issues, I initiated a return and returned both shirts together in the same original poly bag, which was accepted by the delivery executive without any objection. However, I received a refund of only ₹158 for one shirt, while no refund was issued for the second shirt. On contacting customer care, I was wrongly informed that separate return requests were required, which was practically impossible as both items were delivered in one package and no additional poly bag or invoice was provided. Later, a customer care executive assured me that he would resolve the issue by marking the second item as a “lost return” after pickup, but even after this, the refund was not processed. Subsequently, the company refused to help, stating that the backend team rejected the return due to multiple return requests. This refusal is arbitrary and unfair, as the pickup was successfully completed and the issue arose solely due to the company’s internal logistics and system failure. This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and mental harassment, and I am seeking refund of the pending amount along with appropriate compensation.
