Zepto has suspended my account without valid reason but only reason they giving that security policies. How i know what wrong i did? Or just they randomly suspended my account and accusing me for doing against their rules.
I feel very ashamed that they Suspended my account and accusing me but not giving me exact reason.
Please take strict action against them.
Over mail, twitter and call they saying same thing again and but not giving proper reason.
Let me tell you also i in my zepto account there was some money which I'm now unable to use. Kindly help me to know how I can use that wallet money atleast. This is very disappointing. I have ordered two times from zepto, first order where everything was fine but after a couple of weeks when I placed my second order and they send some damaged product so I complaint over zepto support. Now they refunded it in zepto wallet and put my account on hold without any reason.
