I have order today from Sankars Banana Leafs n in Viman Nagar Pune by Zamato , my order did not come for so long then i have cheked in zamato apps i saw my order showing deliver at 6.25 PM , my order id-7108013531 its two items in this order amount of 331.00 , then i called Banana Leafs and get teh agent Vikash Lazman Sakle s number-8956399227 , then i call him and reconfirm the address as he was saying addre nehi pat , then he did not turn off again i called him and reconfirm the address he sd ok then he did not come then i called to Zamato helpline after long tried call connected once and executive put this agent on caon and again i reconfirm address after that till now when i am writing at 8.37 pm today i have tried the delivery guys no 40 times he did not pick call neither zamato agent pick helpline call i have tried 23 times to zamato this seems a fraud happen with me and haressment when i have ordered and paid i still not get the order as a female i have tried and then i have decided to write the complaint hope i will get proper justic and refund ,

Thread 'Food Not delivered but payment done'

HI Sir,
I have ordered some food through Zomato against order id - 6842707763 on 2nd of May and payment for the same was done at time of ordering but my food was still not delivered whereas on Zomato app its showing food delivered. Even after complaining multiple times i didn't received my money back from Zomato. Kindly take necessary action and get my fund refund immediately.
