Dear Youth4work Management and Investors,
I am writing to escalate a recurring and unresolved issue with my Youth4work account that has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time and effort. Despite multiple emails to your official support channels and messages on social media, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from your team.
To summarize:
I created my Youth4work account and invested substantial time and energy in building my professional profile and assessments.
One day, I was suddenly unable to access my account. The system displayed: “No account found. The email/phone and password you entered did not match our records.”
I reached out immediately to info@youth4work.com, support@youth4work.com, and several other official email addresses, but I received no response.
Left without any alternative, I had to create another account and redo the entire process from scratch — only to face the same issue again.
This pattern reflects not only technical instability in your platform but also a complete absence of customer support and accountability. For a company that positions itself as a platform empowering youth and professionals, such neglect toward genuine users severely undermines trust and damages the company’s reputation.
It is deeply concerning that despite multiple communications, there has been no acknowledgment, update, or resolution from the support team. This “no-response” approach conveys an unfortunate “we do not care” attitude that can have long-term reputational consequences for Youth4work among users, partners, and investors alike.
I urge you to take immediate corrective measures to:
Investigate and restore access to my account(s).
Review your user data management and account recovery process.
Strengthen your customer support operations with timely acknowledgment and resolution protocols.
Ensure transparency and accountability within your internal teams.
As a loyal user who believed in Youth4work’s mission, I hope that senior management and stakeholders recognize the seriousness of this matter and take urgent steps to prevent similar experiences for others.
