Subject: Request for Replacement of LG G5 TV
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent purchase and replacement process of a television from your Attapur store.
On our visit to your Attapur branch, we interacted with Mr. Syed and Mr. Shehbaz. We initially intended to purchase the LG G5 TV. However, the representatives recommended the LG C5, assuring us that it was a more cost-effective option and suitable for our needs. Despite our preference for the LG G5, we were given the LG C5.
After setting up the TV at home, we noticed issues with picture quality and eye comfort, which led us to request an exchange for the LG G5. Unfortunately, we were informed that the LG G5 was unavailable and that we would have to wait indefinitely. We were then offered the Sony Bravia 9 as an alternative, which we accepted reluctantly.
Regrettably, the Bravia 9 also did not meet our expectations. We remain committed to the LG G5, and we are disappointed that our original request was not fulfilled.
In light of these circumstances, we kindly request that Bajaj Electronics honor our original choice and provide the LG G5 as soon as it becomes available. We believe that this will resolve the issue and ensure our satisfaction as customers. But the dealer is refusing to oblige ….
