Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Imran Marediya, an HDFC account holder for the past nine years. My account number is 99993360006000.

I previously lodged a complaint with HDFC Bank regarding a wrong transaction of ₹2,00,000. The amount was temporarily credited to my account but was subsequently debited again.

I urgently request that the ₹2,00,000 be credited to my account as soon as possible. I am distressed by this situation, which has led me to file a complaint with the consumer court.

I hope for a positive response from both the consumer court and HDFC Bank, and that the amount of ₹2,00,000 will be credited to my account without further delay.

I have attached all relevant details and emails.

According to the details in the email above, the regenerated case number 01 July -2025 for TEMP Cr NB CRM 75217293, amounting to Rs. 2 Lac, will be credited to the account of the beneficiary, Imran Madarriya, account number 999#####000. The case file indicates a closure date of 18 July -2025, with further information provided below.

I am hoping for a positive response, as I have been a valued customer of the bank, holding an account for the past 8 to 9 years.
