I placed an order on 12th December on the Quikstich online platform for two shirts (Size 3XL) for a total amount of ₹624. However, on 21st December, I received only one shirt, and that too in pink color, which is not as per my order.
I have already sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from your side yet.
I request you to please look into this matter on priority and refund my full amount at the earliest, as the delivered product does not match my order.
