I had ordered high waist wide leg dress pants from Zara pvr store (order id - ZA12810) but they sent me the wrong product.I am writing to request immediate action regarding the return and refund of my recent purchase (Order ID: ZA12810) from zarapvr store, placed on November 29, 2024, and delivered on December 2, 2024.
Upon receiving the order, which consisted of two pairs of pants, I initiated a return request on December 2, 2024, as per the return policy. I followed up via email at zarapvrcontact@gmail.com on December 2,2024, yet I have not received any response.
