I, Sanchita Das, would like to lodge a formal complaint against Myntra and the seller Jaipur Majestic Creation (Brand: Anouk) for delivering a wrong product and subsequently unfairly rejecting my return request.
Upon delivery, I found that the product received was not the same as what I had ordered. The design, quality, and appearance did not match the product description and images shown on the Myntra platform.
This is a clear case of:
Despite providing correct details and raising the issue within the return window, Myntra failed to resolve the issue.

Issue Faced

Steps Taken
- On the same day of delivery, I immediately contacted Myntra customer care.
- I made multiple calls to customer care.
- Instead of addressing my concern, my calls were dismissed, and the return request was rejected without proper inspection or justification.
Unfair Trade Practice
This is a clear case of:
- Delivery of wrong product
- Deficiency in service
- Denial of legitimate return
- Mental harassment and financial loss to the consumer
Despite providing correct details and raising the issue within the return window, Myntra failed to resolve the issue.
Relief Sought
I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly direct the opposite parties to:
- Refund the full amount of ₹1712, or provide a replacement with the correct product
- Take necessary action against such unfair trade practices
