I had ordered for a MOR PINCH DIAMOND NECKLACE KUBDAN SET order number RDJEW2673 from ROYAL JEWELLERY from Facebook. They have delivered a wrong product and the name on the courier is Swarna Jewels. The tracking shows from Surat. Invoice number is Retail13637. There is no other contact number of the seller. Kindly help.

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
