Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incorrect and unacceptable product delivered against my Myntra order.

  • Delivery Date: 15 January 2026
I received a product that was completely different from what I had ordered. Moreover, the item delivered was torn, appeared used, and was clearly worn out, making it unfit for use.

I immediately initiated a return request; however, the delivery agent denied accepting the return. I then contacted Myntra customer care and was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, no action was taken. Upon following up again, I was informed that Myntra claims to have packed the correct product and is refusing to acknowledge either a packaging error or the delivery agent’s fault.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for an incorrect and defective product delivered to me.

I hereby request you to process a full refund for this order at the earliest. I am willing to provide any further details, images, or information required to resolve this matter.

I look forward to your prompt support and a fair resolution.
