I Ordered two Sharara sets online (from instagram advert), 13th Feb2026, from Shanaya(Lohiya Enterprises) Brand worth 4398 rupees and when I received these(21st Feb,2026) I was so disappointed because their quality, color, design everything was different from what was shown on website and also their description. I initiated the return, 22nd Feb2026 next day only, but its been ten days and there has been no update from the team. I have reached out to them on their whatsapp number/instagram handle and also dropped a mail but there is no response. I'm so helpless at the moment. Its mentally disturbing because there is no response from their end, also that I was looking forward to wear these at an upcoming wedding. My money is stuck and it also questions the use of instagram for giving space to fraud sellers like Shanya ( address 4, desk F1-410-411-412 VIP ROad, Vesu, Gujarat, Surat, 395007, Whatsapp:9427733709)
