Wrong medicine was supplied and no response from customer care

I bought a medicine PEGCLEAR 200 ml oral solution along with another 5 medicines on 9/11/24 through their website, but they delivered PEGCLEAR 119 gm powder. Chemical composition of both products are different. In the invoice, the name spelt correctly but a wrong product was delivered in its place.
I raised a grievance on the same day (complaint no. 2420080 dt. 10.11.24) and spoke to the customer care (040-67006700 ) several times They assured me of immediate action for replacement but till now not done.
I sent several mails to customer care (wecare@Medplusindia.com, also, I escalated the issue to escalating levels as below

No, they deliver in a sealed cover which will be delivered through the nearest Medplus stores. The delivery boy leaves immediately after delivery of sealed cover. Even if I open and report any discrepancy, the delivery boy says "file a complaint online". Earlier, one medicine they sent wrong dosage and after online complaint and followup , it was replaced. But this time, no response to my mails.

NO, when I called their customer care they replaced it . But I have another complaint wherein an inhaler is received in unsealed condition . Upon my complaint and follow up , they replaced it first and later refunded the amount as the replacement is also not in order. I have mail copies. I suggested for open delivery of products for which they said they have noted my request

I suggest you to file a case in Consumer Forum.

The process is very simple, you need to create an account in Consumer Commission E-Filing Application

After the verification, you need to upload 4 main files and supporting files.

1) Affidavit
2) Memo of Parties
3) Index
4) Events

And supporting documents like Addhar Card, Jobsheets, Bills etc... (Depending upon the Event file)

The forum will review your case and files and update you accordingly.

In Consumer Forum, your documentation part should be strong.
