I ordered Titan Maritime watch Model no. Nm1830Km01/Nn1830Km01, Band color grey from Amazon online on 24th oct. 2024 which was delivered to me on 1st of November 2024. but the watch that i received was not the model I ordered as mentioned above, instead a Fastrack watch was received in the box. i flied for return on the same day and an enquiry was issued by Amazon India and return was generated on 5th of November but return pickup in this regard was not done by the Amazon till date and no refund or replacement has been done from amazon in this regard. So, I kindly request that proper action should be taken in this regard, and compensation may be granted along with the compensation for the harassment that I faced may also be done to me.
