I am filing this complaint against Suhana Creation (online shopping website) regarding Order #7610 placed on 27 December 2025.
The parcel was delivered on 2nd January 2026.The item delivered is completely different from what I ordered. The size, colour, and model do not match the product shown on the website or mentioned in my order confirmation. I have ordered the “ Radiate Elegance in This Red Hand Work Anarkali Suit– Size M”, but received an entirely incorrect product.
After receiving the wrong item, I checked the website to initiate a refund, but there is no refund or return option available. I have already contacted customer support via email and social media, but there has been no response so far.
This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and violation of consumer rights. I am requesting:
1. A full refund of the paid amount, OR
2. Immediate return pickup and refund processing
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I request appropriate action against the seller as per consumer protection laws.
Supporting documents such as order confirmation, tracking details, and photos of the incorrect item can be provided if required.
