I am filing this complaint against Suhana Creation regarding the order #7269 placed on 26th December 2025.
The estimated delivery date was 31st December but I received it on 4th January 2026. More importantly the item delivered is completely different from what i have ordered. The model doesn’t match with the order i have placed. And the product I received is not even showing in their website. I have ordered a red hand worked anarkali.
I checked the website for initiating refund but there is no option available. I have tried to call the customer support number mentioned in the web site but there is no incoming calls available to that number also mailed them but no response till now.
This is unfair trade practice and violation of consumer rights. I am requesting a immediate return pickup and refund process or give the original product I have ordered.Suhanacreation.com
