I placed an order for two churidar sets on 28 December 2025 from the website Suhana Creation (Suhanacreation.com) and paid a total amount of ₹1,999. The Order ID is #7921. The order reached the delivery location on 5 January 2026.
However, the items delivered to me were not the products I had ordered and did not match the product description or images shown at the time of purchase. Due to this discrepancy, I did not accept the items.
Additionally, during the delivery attempt, I did not receive the OTP required for delivery confirmation, despite the delivery partner requesting it. Because of the OTP issue and the incorrect items, the delivery partner took the order back as a return.

After this incident, I made multiple attempts to contact the seller. The contact number provided on their website does not accept incoming calls. I also sent an email to suhanacreation.help@gmail.com explaining the issue, but no response has been received till date.
Further, the seller’s Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/suhanacreation_com) has disabled comments, reportedly due to multiple customers alleging fraud and deception. There is also no option to send direct messages, making it impossible to reach them through that platform.
The business address mentioned on their website is:

Despite the order being returned, no refund has been initiated, and the seller remains completely unresponsive. I believe this amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and possible consumer fraud.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against the seller and direct them to issue a full refund of ₹1,999, along with any other relief deemed fit.
