I have taken a new home loan from axis bank at the time of taking the loan they have not told anything that my cibil report will show write off before sanctioning the loan and also after disbursement but after disbursement giving one emi they have marked my new home loan as write off in my cibil when I contacted there customer service they told me that it was because my previous personal loan and credit card has been delayed payment thts why this loan will also be marked write off i have paid total dues also no dues in pending from my end at that time every noc has been provided by them.Now few days after one recovery agent call me and told that if I close this home loan it will be removed from write off and will show normal closure in my cibil but after total payment of loan noc received from them still same issues happening not yet rectified still it is totally there fault before giving this home loan why they don't check my everything whether I will be eligible for loan or what now they are telling that we are unable to remove write off in this account I wants to file a case regarding this issue and want solution for the same it is there problem why shall I face the issue for them.kondly help my name Tanmoy kar 7980225359 loan number ending with 3336 home loan
