I am writing this regarding the persistent failure to provide adequate service for my VACUUM CLEANER EUREKA FORBES SMART CLEAN WITH AUTOBIN, purchased on 11th Feb 2025. I have raised multiple service requests: Ticket No CM-051125-6177030 dated 5th Nov 2025, and several emails to your customer care, and service Manager Kochi Mr BINEESH (Mob # 9847512150). Nowadays he never attends my calls. Despite several follow-ups, technicians visited home and collected the product on 15th Nov 2025. But thereafter, neither they repaired the product/replace the product till date. Not even get a proper response from Eureka Forbs. Whenever sent mails to customer care, get an automated reply that we will respond within 24 hours. Now I am moving to Consumer court.
