Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased the LED TV Realme Techlife 55 Inch from Flipkart on 12th August 2025 and they delivered the TV in 2 Days.
But they hadn't sent any person to install it as per their commitment and TV remain box packed at my home for one month.
Then I called local technician paid him 1000 rs to install, but Flipkart team had no sense to call back.
Now this TV is under warranty and TV got faulty in 7th Nov'25 and I called Flipkart to attend and repair it, but till date nobody coming to repair or replace it.
I am totally harassed with this and request you to take action on Flipkart and help me to get my money back as TV they supplied is not working.
They have looted my money and supplied a bad product and not able to even repair it.
