Dear sir,
on 11/12/24 around 12.40 i received a call other side person calling himself representative of PAYSENSE a Mumbai based loan provider NBFC provide loan through app there is not any customer care contact on there site or app only written chat message allowed on 10th of December i make a loan requirement written query on there app on behalf of that next day i received call the person other side assure me and again call on WhatsApp video call and ask to written a form as i click on form link that mention paysense support immediately my phone got black screen person take all control of my device i was totaly unable to do anything in the mean time he made the fraud after few minute he cut the call then after visible of my phone screen i recieved message from bank side deduction of amount rupees 80,000+11,000 total of rs.91,000 in which 11,000 transfer via phone pe and 80,000 transfer via paytm from my sbi saving bank account fraudster name manis and referene number of deduction 1.UPI/DR/434653138689/MR MANIS/BDBL/87548m@yesPayme- and 2.UPI/DR/148984670459/MR MANIS/BDBL/87548m@yesPayme- and i have all other related evidence as contact number which fraudster call me and whatsapp screen shot and bank statement etc. after that i complaint to all related concern authority like cyber police bank branch online support after that i come to you for my right as a consumer and a trust you will give a right justice and return my hard earned money back from these cheaters and save public constitutional rights.
you are requested please take immediately a hard step to recover my money and punish the culprits .
