I have purchased the excitel broadband in Delhi on 28/02/2023 with 2000 as a security deposit which is to be refunded fully after disconnection. I have submitted the device for disconnection in july 2024 which was picked up by the said team. Now application showing device under inspection from last 10 months since, policy of the company is generally within 2months refunds are issued, i have raised multiple complaints thousands of calls to customer support no resolution provided till date they keep the call on hold and provide no resolution from application. Is there anything as such rule of law ? Citizen protection? Please initiate a complaint against these people they are knowingly harassing me for my own money. It might not matter to most of people but it does to me being a student i can say it is not very productive of me to ask for 2000/- rupees after facing this much trouble but only i know the value of it.
