Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request the replacement of my Whirlpool double-door refrigerator, purchased from Croma Store at Nizampura, Vadodara, Gujarat. The refrigerator has exhibited persistent manufacturing defects, particularly with the bottom section failing to cool properly. Despite being under warranty and numerous service visits, the issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience. Below is a summary of our service complaints and technician visits:
Complaint No: SUR12012560562 (Dated: 12th Jan 2025)
Technician advised turning off the refrigerator to allow ice accumulation in the freezer to melt. However, the cooling issue persisted.
Complaint No: SUR280125XXXXX (Dated: 28th Jan 2025)
Technician diagnosed the issue as a defect in the internal thermocol foam. The component was replaced, but the problem continued.
Complaint No: SUR07022569409 (Dated: 7th Feb 2025)
Technician identified a faulty chipset controlling the sensor operating the heater. The chipset was replaced on 17th Feb, yet the same issue reoccurred.
Complaint No: SUR09032595798 (Dated: 9th March 2025)
Technician visited on 10th March and found that the replaced chipset was faulty. The refrigerator has been non-functional for over a week now, with no resolution provided.
Despite multiple service requests and technician visits, the refrigerator remains defective. The lack of a permanent resolution is unacceptable. Given the repeated failures and the prolonged inconvenience caused, I urge you to replace the faulty unit at the earliest.
