I purchased a Samsung phone based on its advertised water-resistant features. However, after minor water exposure, the device malfunctioned and Samsung refused to cover the damage under warranty. This is misleading and deceptive — if the phone is marketed as water-resistant, customers should not be penalized for trusting that claim.
