I have placed an order to Eureka Forbes for supply of Water Purifier 'Aquaguard sure delight 2X RO+UV+UF and paid an amount of Rs. 10,169.10. I have also got an invoice from Eureka Forbes. Copy of the invoice is attached for reference.
While booking, it was mentioned that the material will be delivered by 3rd Nov 25. But till date (as on 18 Nov 25) it is not delivered. I have contacted many times the customer help line numbers and every time I was told that it will be resolved in 24 hours. My complaint No: CM-131125-62149450 is registered on 10th Nov 25, but it is still not closed.
Always I have been told that some one will called me in 24 hours and will provide the status. But no response from Eureka Forbes received yet. It is minimum courtesy to inform me the supply date, but this is also not provided.
Please help either for quick delivery or refund of my payment.
