I had purchased Dr AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO Eurake Forbes water purifier in 2021 and since then it is under Active Gold MC after expiry of warranty period. In 2025 i renewed the Gold AMC contract and the same is under AMC till March 16, 2026. AMC ID:210224-15397639. I registered a Service Request on 23rd October 2025 and the complaint number is CM-231025-61200409. Also contacted Customer care several times and they informed that the Technician will come and attend immediately but till date no response. I am finding it very difficult with out the water purifier, now I am forced to buy Water Can daily in spite of having a AMC for the water purifier. I have a feeling that Eurake Forbes is going to close down.
