Greeting for the day. I (Rakesh Prajapati) buy a water purifier on date: 14/08/2024 and its warranty ends 14/08/2025. Unfortunately the purifier (Aqua grand RO) was malfunctioning. I complaint on the mobile number : +91 9783123405, +91 7976147251. Despite of calling many time no response came. No one come to my home to check the RO purifier. When I raised complaint in consumer forum on date : 05/02/2025 he replied that there is no warranty on the electrical part. I got astonish how he can say when no one came to check. Please look into this matter as he is abrogating his promise that three service is free and now he is not picking phone. I am in serious mental trauma and his behavior hamper my health.
