I am owner of Bajaj Chetak E bike. On 2nd May 2025, I found the battery of my bike was discharged and bike couldn't start. Emediately I contact Wasan Bajaj Service center for assistance. They said the technician will visit today. However no one came to check bike. 3May I again called service center, they game me direct contact of technician. I contact him and provide location, However he didn't visit. Again on monday I contact service center they confirmed today work will be done..and again kept me waiting.
