Hello,
I, Mrs Parasmani Nayak ordered Vent air chimney on 18 November 2024 on Amazon from company VU Marketing ( Multiplex Appliances pvt Ltd), address - 9E BT road, Kolkata 700002 , contact - 9163315725
Chimney was delivered and they sent a msg to us demanding Installation charges and also travel cost. I can understand that installation charges are genuine one but when I called them asking clarification on travel cost they did not clarified and insisted me to approve this charges on whatapp only hence my installation was not done. So after a week I installed it by myself and hence they are not activating my warranty card telling me that if you install from us only then warranty comes into effect. I was ready to install and pay for installation charges but no company charge for travel cost as it's there duty to deliver the item so I told them to clarify me but they didn't.
Please resolve my issue as I ordered and was asked to pay travel cost which also wasn't mentioned on Amazon portal from where I bought this product
