Hi All,
I am extremely disappointed with V-Guard’s after-sales service and warranty support. My service request SR# 1-9107505729 has been pending for over one month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper response or update from the service team.
I purchased the ceiling fan CF EXADO PRO ES BLDC CHO BRN MAT 1.2M on 01-NOV-2024, and although it comes with a 3-year warranty, it stopped working within the first year. Even with full warranty coverage, V-Guard has failed to provide timely service or any meaningful communication.
There has been no status update, no confirmed timeline for repair or replacement, and no responsible contact person assigned to my case. The lack of accountability and poor communication from the service center is extremely unprofessional.
This unnecessary delay has caused major inconvenience and reflects very poorly on V-Guard’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I trusted the brand for quality and reliable support, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
I strongly urge V-Guard to take this matter seriously and improve their customer service, as such negligence is unacceptable for any paying customer.
