I have order the "Desert Thunder 4*4 Battery Operated Ride on Jeep With Music and Lights -Black & Yellow", for Rs. 12,368.77/- from First cry App, at the time of order on 10th January app was showing that product will be deliver on 11th January 2025. so we have made the order on 10th January 2024 2:38 PM. later on their app is showing that product will be delivery on 15th January, late by 4 days. I have contact the First Cry customer care (Gunjan from escalation) for the delivery issue, but they are saying again and again we can't delivery the product today product can be deliver on 15th January 2025 only. However the similar products are available in first cry store in Faridabad area, but they say, they can't deliver the product from store as well. In store same product has price around MRP of Rs. 23,495/- that is different and too much higher then the online price at which we had order from First cry app. Today 11th January 2025 is my son birthday, I have order the product for my son birthday gift, what the use of the product if it is not received on his birthday today 11th January 2025. i have ask them too give me refund equal to your offline MRP price at store or delivery the product today from online mode or i can pick-up the product from any of your store in Faridabad area, but customer care is saying no to all the option, they have only 1 answer that product can only be deliver on 15th January 2025. My main complaint is that if First cry can't deliver the product on 11th January 2025 why they have shown this wrong information on their app. We have order the product only based on the condition/information of delivery on 11th January 2025.
We want the product on my son birthday today 11th January 2025 or the compensation at least equal to MRP of the product which Rs. 23,495/- and strong action against the wrong information/communication by First Cry on their app.
