Sir ,
After changing the older electric meter with new smart meter my electricity bill skyrocketed previous my bill used to be around 700-900. After after changing meter I received a bill of 9800 for 1 month only. I gave a complaint to my electricity (JBVNL) for the faint meter complaint but they are not acting on it , they are giving me useless reason like Jee sahab is not coming, we will send , I kept visiting office 3-5 times but they are not acting at all in my complaint and the bill is kept on rising now it became 15200. How can I pay such a bill . I Request to kindly waive of the bill as soon as possible.please address to my complaint as soon as possible.
