I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Bra Emporium main shop in Sitabuldi. On my recent visit, one of the lady workers behaved in a highly unprofessional and rude manner.

When I requested her to show me a specific size, she responded by speaking to me in a condescending tone, implying that I did not know how to wear the product. She further stated that if I were to purchase the item, she would ensure that it could not be exchanged. She also made derogatory comments about me to her colleagues, instructing them to remember me and refuse any exchange requests.

Despite my attempts to explain my purchase decision, the worker continued to humiliate and quarrel with me. I eventually left the shop, only to return later to report the incident to the shop owner. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue, the owner defended the worker's behavior, stating that she had done nothing wrong.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received and the way my complaint was handled. I urge you to take immediate action against the worker and the shop, and ensure that customers receive the respect and service they deserve.

We are really very sorry, but we can not take any action. You can file a complaint against them for rude behavior in your nearest police station.
