I booked Vee Vee Bus from Tiruchendur to Coimbatore. Bus got breakdown within 100kms. Driver and cleaner running the bus with AC and slept 2hrs for untill service team arrived. They didn't informed us. After service arrival, bus engine switched off. Passenger are awaked. Within 30mins service team said we need more time to clear the problem. We asked to arrange alternate travel. They didn't respond properly. They arranged alternate bus when time the bus reached to destination. Due to this I lost my job. I need double refund from bus operator as well as RedBus.
