I had taken loan from this personal loan app called hope fund. Today I repaid the amount of 4040 without knowing that I had enabled the automatic credit of next loan right after paying off the existing one. Vaishali securities was the receiver. They credited the loan amount without even requesting. I never wanted a second loan from them. I know it was mistake. And that's why I paid them back and disabled the automatic credit option in their application. I paid 4260 today immediately including the amount 2960 they credited and my own money 1500. They charge a very high interest. I told them I didn't want this loan, take the money you credited and give my 1500 back . They are not willing to do so. I didn't even spend the money they credited . Please do something on this. I really need my 1500 back.

Also I received messages from multiple numbers from them. Latest one says new loan has been disbursed into my account. Which is absolutely false. Nothing is credited as I didn't ask for one. I will attach those screenshots too
