Please look in this matter .
I had taken loan from vaishali securities ( Hope Fund) and I repaid them with interest after repayment they have credited again and ask for repayment after discussion on call from there they agreed to repay same credited amount so repay same but they are not closing my loan . I'm still getting call to repay loan and still showing loan amount to repay on their app thats why my cibil score decreasing and I'm getting call again and again to repay after somedays. Please help me regarding this.
I've enough proof from those like email about full and final payment and I reimburse the amount on their account .
I'm attaching the screenshot the same for your reference.
