I am a middle-aged woman in my 40's started by Entrepreneurship just last year in Ch. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra after working with NGO sector for almost 4- 5yrs. Ever human being has a dream to spread their wings but hurdles come in the way some or other form. .
We had purchased a Temptu Pro Air Makeup Signature Kit 2 (Air compressor & Product from Vaibhav Stores dated 25/09/2024. The product had other consumable items like Foundation , Invisible powder, Cleanser, Brush, Concealer, Brush & Highlighter. As the Air compressor arrived it was not functional which was immediately conveyed to Vaibhav Stores. The Vaibhav stores officials Ms Bhagyshree & Aishu conveyed us to speak to Bdesier the All india distributor for Temptu product being imported from USA. We were in constant touch with Bdesir as they confirmed the shipping is taking time from USA and it is taking long time. More than 5 months went and finally the Bdesier offical Mr Biplav informed us to take the refund. Initially Bdsier agreed to give the refund and later they denied and asked us to get a refund from VAIBHAV STORES . As you have purchased from Vaibhav Stores. The faulty material is lying from day one at Delhi Corporate office Bdiser and the consumables has been sent back to VAIBHAV Stores. We have done multiple follow-ups for the refund ,
Multiple emails to the employees of Vaibhav Store ( Mr Chirag Shah, Miss Bhagyashree, Miss Aishu) and employees from Bdesir( Mr Biplab Biswas and Miss Neha Modi). There is a written confirmation email from Mr Biplab Biswas on March 24th 2025 stating that the refund will give for the Temptu Pro Signature Kit. As suggested by Mr Biplab we have sent the consumables which are not opened and not used because of the faulty product was sent to Bangalore office (Value worth 6000 INR). It our humble request, both the parties are playing with us ( Vaibhav Stores & Bdesir ) by giving us false promises and today 4th April 2024 they have denied stating that refund cannot be given. We have informed Vaibhav Stores that we will have to approach Consumer Court in this regard. They said happily you can approach.
It's my humble plea that I have worked for5 yrs with NGO and uplifted poor women in the society which was applauded by Honorable Collector from Ch. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad). Uplifted more an 150-200 Women by providing them training and enabling them with Entrepreneurship skills and programs. I have conducted multiple projects across different talukas in various districts in Marathwada specially for Women. I look forward with folded hands to provide solution as with much difficulty we have arranged money by pledging gold and paid the money to Vaibhav stores (Bangalore). It has impacted my earnings throughout six months and brought in mental pain and agony and we have no solution.
