I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding the non-collection of a defective used mobile phone, even after receiving return pickup approval from Amazon.

Despite Amazon approving the return pickup, no pickup has taken place till date. I have been continuously following up for the last 10 days, yet there has been no resolution, no pickup attempt, and no clear communication from your side.
This delay is unacceptable and against Amazon’s return commitment. The defective product is already packed and ready for pickup, but due to Amazon’s inaction, the return process is being unnecessarily delayed, causing inconvenience, time loss, and mental stress.
I request immediate intervention and ask that:
The return pickup be scheduled and completed without further delay, OR
An alternate resolution (refund without pickup) be provided immediately.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.
I expect a prompt and definitive response from Amazon within 24 hours.
