I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding my order placed with AJIO on January 1st, 2025 (Order ID: FN7290608614). I received the jeans, but due to a size fit issue, I returned the item in its original condition with all tags intact.
However, despite waiting for over 50 days, I am still struggling to receive my refund. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
This email serves as my final reminder. If I do not receive the refund within the next 4 days, I will be forced to take legal action through the consumer forum.
