My name is Hifzurrahman and mobile no is 8171285927. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the lack of response to my repeated service requests for a filter change. The TDS level of my water is currently 250, indicating that immediate maintenance is required. Despite raising this issue multiple times and calling customer care daily, no technician has visited, and I have not received any follow-up or confirmation.
This delay is not only frustrating but also concerning from a health and safety perspective. I request you to kindly prioritize this issue and arrange for a technician to visit at the earliest possible. Please confirm the service schedule as soon as possible.
purchase a water can daily, which costs me ₹200. Recently, a person named Krishna Shukla visited my home and informed me that my AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) had expired. However, my AMC is valid until 29th July.
He also demanded ₹400 for cleaning services. As per the terms of my AMC, I am entitled to mandatory servicing and one-time kit replacement, neither of which I have availed yet. Therefore, he is not authorised to charge any additional amount at this stage.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and advise accordingly.
