I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a pending refund for my order placed on Myntra (Order ID: 130084297701587612302, Return ID: 100048620327).

As per the return request, I received a confirmation stating the pickup would be completed by 8th June 2025. A representative from Ekart, Mr. Vinod Kumar, came to collect the product on the same day between 3:00–4:00 PM. I have CCTV footage confirming the pickup.

However, the pickup status was not updated in the Myntra app. After contacting customer care, I was informed that a complaint had been raised and the resolution TAT was until 12th June 2025.

Despite following up multiple times:
  • I contacted the Ekart representative directly, who confirmed the item was at the store and promised to update the status the same evening.
  • He failed to do so.
  • Repeated follow-ups the next morning yielded the same assurance, but still no update was made.
  • Multiple calls and emails to Myntra have only resulted in automated acknowledgments, with no resolution.
    As of now, neither have I received my refund of ₹2,449, nor do I have the product in my hand. This ongoing issue has caused significant stress and inconvenience.
I kindly request you to escalate this matter on priority, process the refund at the earliest, and acknowledge the inconvenience caused due to the delay and lack of communication.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the consumer forum.

Looking forward to a swift resolution.
