I am raising this complaint against Myntra regarding an order placed on [Insert Date] that was falsely marked as "Delivered" in their system.
Key Points:
  1. No Delivery Attempt: I received no OTP, no phone call, and no delivery attempt was made at my address.
  2. Fraudulent Status: The status was updated to "Delivered" without my physical receipt of the package.
  3. No Resolution: Myntra support has been unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved despite follow-ups.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 8448806). I demand an immediate investigation into the delivery agent's actions and a full refund/re-delivery. Failure to resolve this within 24 hours will lead me to file a case on the E-Daakhil portal for "Deficiency in Service."
