Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally bring to your attention a fraudulent transaction that has taken place in my Axis Bank account [ 917010039468646]. I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction of INR
* 21-02-2025 NBSM/94073052/SBI CARD (BILLDESK)/ 198551.00

* 21-02-2025 NBSM/94073261/SBI CARD (BILLDESK)/ 199950.00
which I did not initiate or authorize.
ATTACHED IS THE REPORT WHICH I RECEIVED FROM CYBER CRIME PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHEDMENT.
I AM TOLD BY AXIS BANK TO CONNECT WITH SBI TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Upon discovering this discrepancy, I immediately contacted Axis Bank’s Malad Branch and reported the matter. However, I am deeply concerned about the security of my account and seek immediate action to investigate this fraudulent transaction and ensure the recovery of the misappropriated funds.
Below are the details of the fraudulent transaction:
· Account Holder Name: WILFRED PINTO
· Account Number: 917010039468646
· Transaction Date : 21st Feb
· Transaction Amount: INR 198551.00 and INR 199950.00

I request you to:
1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the fraudulent transaction.
2. Provide details of the recipient to whom the funds were transferred.
3. Take necessary steps to reverse the transaction and recover the lost amount.
4. Strengthen security measures to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
5. Provide me with updates regarding the progress and resolution of my complaint.
I have also attached copies of my bank statement highlighting the fraudulent transaction, along with my identity proof for verification purposes.
I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and assist me in recovering my funds. Please confirm receipt of this letter and provide an update on the status of my complaint at the earliest.
I have also done and FIR for the same attached are the details and filled the dispute form at the branch.
