To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the TCL television I purchased from My G, Thirunakkara, Kottayam, Kerala. The television was sold to me as a brand new product with a 3-year warranty.
However, upon installation by an authorized TCL technician, it was immediately discovered that the TV had a display issue, which the technician diagnosed as a motherboard (board) failure. He officially reported the issue to both TCL and My G, classifying the unit as dead on arrival (DOA).
Since that date, it has been over 1.7 years, and despite numerous follow-ups and immense personal effort, I have not received a replacement unit, refund, or any satisfactory resolution.
To make matters worse:

I am requesting the following immediate actions:
- A full and transparent investigation into the issue.
- An official apology from My G for the misconduct and harassment.
- A new replacement TV or full refund as per the warranty and consumer protection laws.
- Compensation for the undue delay and harassment suffered over the past 1.7 years.
