This is to bring to your immediate attention that I had placed an order at 10:44 PM, but at 11:00 PM I unexpectedly received a notification stating that the order has been delivered.

This is completely incorrect. No order was delivered, and despite calling the store multiple times, no one answered the calls. This has caused me mental distress, inconvenience, and significant time loss, as it is now 11:53 PM, more than an hour since the false delivery update.

I request
  1. Complete monetary compensation/refund for the undelivered order
  2. Additional compensation for the inconvenience and time lost
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Dominos (guestcareDomino's@jublfood.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to Refund the amount. This step not only gives the Dominos a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
