Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a serious grievance regarding my recently purchased Acer Super Series 127 cm (50 inch) QLED Ultra HD TV.
When I contacted Acer’s toll-free number, I was shocked to learn that I must personally carry a 50-inch fragile TV to a service center located 45 km away. This is highly impractical and unsafe for the customer.
At the time of purchase, both Flipkart and Acer advertised door-to-door warranty and service support, yet in reality I am being denied this. Now, Flipkart has officially closed my complaint and asked me to get a job sheet or denial letter from Acer, which only adds to my distress.
This is clearly a case of defective product delivery and denial of promised warranty service.
I request Acer to take immediate action by:
