I was bought plot from Urban rise Tiruvallur, registered on April 2025. The land developer charged me for Rs. 25000. for patta transfer. As on day 13 Dec 2025. They not issued the transfered patta. Municipality vacant land tax also not paid by them.
So that local body not provided building & loan approval. So far i paid Rs. 2 Lakhs as interest portion. I am not able to enjoy my property.
From Urbanrise no one pick the call & not respond to the mail. Raised the complaint to customer care also. Mail send to MD & CEO, no response from all of them.
Can i complaint RERA or consumer court.
Kindly provide solution.
