A prepaid OD439045226672363100 which had very delayed delivery date was cancelled by me after 4 hours of placing it and the platform fee of 10₹ was deducted on cancellation.while if it’s a COD order the FlipKart app cant deduct platform fee but every prepaid order which gets cancelled within 1 minute or 1 day even when it’s not shipped the FlipKart app is deducting 10₹.
While All other apps the refund cancellation means the entire paid amount gets fully refunded.
