I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the delay in repairing my television which is under brand warranty and purchased from Reliance.
Reliance has made me wait for 624 hours and is repeatedly cancelling my requests without giving me the reason for cancellation and is creating new tickets everytime and is asking me to repeatedly wait for 72 hours. The 72 hours duration has now accumulated to 624 precious hours. I request to please help me get justice by-
1. Immediately replacing the current TV with a brand new one with zero cost and including installation.
2. Replacement TV should have an extended warranty for 2 years.
My TV has not been working for over a month now, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the problem remains unaddressed. The reference number for my initial complaint was 8069497659, lodged on 1st November 2024, and automatically cancelled without resolving the issue. There was no notification sent to me on the cancellation and a new complaint- 8069584745, was created on 14th November 2024.
The repair of the TV, is crucial for the installation of our CCTV system at our home. The CCTV installation is essential for monitoring all activities and ensuring the security of our home. Due to the delay in the TV repair, the CCTV installation has also been delayed, compromising my father and our home's security.
Despite repeatedly expressing my concern team has not provided any resolution. Additionally, my father, who is a senior citizen, is experiencing significant distress due to this situation. The television is an important part of his daily routine, and the prolonged downtime has been troubling for him.
Given the extended delay and the impact on our security and well-being, I no longer wish to have the TV repaired. Instead, I request that it be replaced with a brand new one immediately. This would help resolve the issue promptly and restore our peace of mind.
I kindly request you to expedite this replacement process to avoid any further delays and potential security risks.
