Dear Sir,
Our Samsung 50"TV which was purchased from reliance digital mangalore has display issue on September 30th 2025, to which we raised a complaint on 02nd October 2025. Nobody from Reliance responded and finally we called the Samsung and they visited us and told that there is part damaged and we need to replace the same. Same thing was conveyed to Reliance digital store, since we had taken a extended warranty from the store and was valid till 15th July 2026.
After this again there was no update from Reliance , i have followed up for 2 weeks continuously and the store failed to give me an update. Disappointed by this i sent a escalation mail to reliance digital for which i finally got a response and after 7 days they confirmed that the material will deliver on Nov 3rd 2025 and repair will be done immediately after that. But sadly there was no update again. I get a call and mail on 4th saying your issue is resolved and asked me to confirm to which i denied and told them that nobody visited. I further request to get it resolved atleast the next day. Next day they confimred to send a technician for repair but no update after that.
My inlaws have TV as their only entertainment, and watching TV was their way to spend leisure time. They did patiently wait for a month though it was difficult for them. I urge to take action on Reliance Digital Mangalore and provide me replacement for the damaged TV.
